The Exaqua photometers have no user-serviceable parts. Correcting of any problems in operation is limited to responding to error messages on the instrument screen and following the guidelines provided in the instruction manual in the chapters including: Error list and Problem solver.

Damaged or defective product should be sent to the address: Zoolek, ul. Siewna 15, 94-250 Łódź, with the note „Service request” or “Complaint” with the proof of purchase, the warranty card and the description of malfunction.
In case of the consumers the costs of delivery is borne by the Seller, in case of the non-consumers the cost is borne by the Customer.
In case of any complaint, the device and accessories can only be returned in their original packaging. Keep all packaging materials until you are sure the device is operating correctly.
